Guests must be 18+ to drink alcohol, which is prohibited before any water activity; minors must be supervised at all times, with a parent/guardian within arm’s reach during aquatic activities. Diving, reckless behavior, and ignoring safety instructions from staff or posted signs are not allowed. KUZÁ may deny or limit access for health, safety, or conduct reasons—including medical conditions, intoxication, or any state that poses risk—and a signed waiver is required for entry.
