All guests are expected to follow park guidelines to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone. Participation in activities and access to amenities are subject to the following:
Lounge chairs, hammocks, and shaded seating are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Activities and entertainment offerings vary by day and are weather-dependent. Water clarity and seaweed conditions may change seasonally, and some beach areas may include rocky terrain—water shoes are recommended.
Buffet and bar access are limited to posted operational hours. Guests must be 18 years or older to consume alcoholic beverages. Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited before participating in any water activities, including snorkeling.
Guests must be able to swim and be in good physical condition for snorkeling. The minimum age for snorkeling is 8 years old. All minors under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian. During aquatic activities, that parent or guardian must remain within arm’s reach of the minor at all times.
Diving, rough play, reckless behavior, or any action that endangers the safety of guests or staff is not permitted. All guests are required to follow instructions provided by lifeguards, instructors, and park staff. Attention should always be paid to posted signs, safety notices, and specific guidelines communicated for each activity.
The admission of the visitor to the park and/or their eventual participation in the aquatic, cultural, recreational or adventure activities may be refused or limited for any visitor who is believed to be able to create an unsafe environment for themselves or other visitors or could cause danger to their safety or that of third parties, whether visitors or park staff. This includes, but is not limited to: changes in state of consciousness or physical condition that could cause danger to his/her own safety or that of third parties, such as: heart problems, injuries, fractures, sprains, dislocations, cramps or recent surgeries, medical indications, people who suffer from panic or anxiety attacks, who are drunk, under the influence of alcohol, intoxicated or with visible signs of being under the influence of any drug or medication.
