Participants must be at least 18 years old to join this experience. A valid driver’s license is required for those who wish to operate the RZR. Each vehicle accommodates up to four guests, and driving duties may be rotated among eligible participants who meet the age and license criteria. Not all guests will drive for the full duration. Helmets and closed-toe shoes are required for all RZR participants; Croc-style footwear is not permitted. The maximum weight per guest is 250 lbs.
This tour is not recommended for individuals with mobility limitations or for those with heart conditions, epilepsy, asthma, diabetes, or who are pregnant. All guests must sign a waiver before participating. Minors under 18 must always be accompanied and directly supervised by a parent or legal guardian. During all beach and aquatic activities, the responsible adult must remain within arm’s reach of the minor at all times.
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited before participating in any aquatic or adventure activities, including snorkeling. Diving, reckless behavior, rough play, or any action that may endanger the safety of yourself, other visitors, or staff is not permitted. All guests must follow the instructions of lifeguards, instructors, and park personnel at all times, and respect all signage, rules, and guidelines specific to each activity.
The admission of the visitor to the park and/or their eventual participation in the aquatic, cultural, recreational or adventure activities may be refused or limited for any visitor who is believed to be able to create an unsafe environment for themselves or other visitors or could cause danger to their safety or that of third parties, whether visitors or park staff. This includes, but is not limited to: changes in state of consciousness or physical condition that could cause danger to his/her own safety or that of third parties, such as: heart problems, injuries, fractures, sprains, dislocations, cramps or recent surgeries, medical indications, people who suffer from panic or anxiety attacks, who are drunk, under the influence of alcohol, intoxicated or with visible signs of being under the influence of any drug or medication.
Natural beach terrain includes some rocky areas; water shoes are recommended. All water-based activities are weather-dependent and may be modified or canceled due to wind or sea conditions. Buffet and bar access is limited to posted operational hours. Guests must be at least 18 years old to consume alcoholic beverages. Reef-safe sunscreen is strongly encouraged, and guests are advised to bring a towel.
